Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Revizer mobile app ("App") or the website at revizer.in ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Revizer.

You must create an account to use most of Revizer's features. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You must be at least the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to create an account. If you are using Revizer with parental or guardian consent, that adult is responsible for reviewing these Terms with you.

Some Revizer features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and perks are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from the account portal. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Refund eligibility follows the rules of the platform you purchased through and applicable consumer-protection law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and purchase reference and we will review the request.

You retain ownership of the study material you upload to Revizer. By uploading content, you grant Revizer a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of generating your revision sessions and operating the service.

We do not train AI models on your uploaded content. See the privacy policy for full detail on how we handle your data.

You agree not to use Revizer to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use or that violates anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Upload material that is illegal, abusive, harmful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise unlawful.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure.
• Resell, sub-licence, or commercialise Revizer output without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Revizer uses AI models to generate questions, grade answers, and explain concepts. AI output can contain mistakes or inaccuracies. You should verify anything important against authoritative sources before relying on it — especially for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical topics.

We aim to keep Revizer available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change, or discontinue features from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revizer is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the App or by email. Continued use of Revizer after changes means you accept the new Terms.
